I want to know about Investment; I want to open a demat acct. also just give me the advise how do I open the acct.; which is the best online service with low brokerage charges for trading; actually I don't know much about shares market

If you want to learn something about investment, you should read some books. A demo account on its own will not teach you anything.
I would suggest some books in Technical Analysis. This forum has a thread, where you can find most of the books that can be recommended. The thread is here:
Here is a short list of books I've read and recommend. I am not a big reader of books in print, I tend to prefer on-line methods... but nonetheless, these are great reads and contain a lot of information that helped me.

If you are looking for a demo account, all major retail dealers for FOREX offer them, and you can play around with it.
For example OANDA has a FXGAME account, FXCM also offers a free practice account. Go and train your skills. I have opened a OANDA account for my son.
You also can just download NinjaTrader (free) and setup a connection to GAIN. This will allow you to work out sophisticated trading strategies. You can download it here.
