Best Futures Broker i.e. Customer service, rates, execution

Looking for Reliable Broker..

Dont care about much commission rates but cheaper is better

i am looking for following quality services

1.Best Telephone customer service
2. Ninjatrader support
3.Best online account management. i.e. ACH deposit and withdrawal... i hate forms so this would be best deciding feature for me.
4. Fast execution
5. cheap commission rates
6. USA based.... no NFA complaints etc...

I would highly encourage you to give Matt a call Optimus Futures. If you read around on this board, you will find a number of highly satisfied customers. With the criteria you are looking at, I would say that you will find Matt to be a near perfect fit.

I have recently moved brokerages and been with Optimus for about a month now. It was the smoothest transition I could have imagined. The customer support/service was well beyond expected...I felt like I was being treated like I had a 10 Million dollar account.

For me the best is Zaner ( Zaner: Commodities, Futures, Forex and Cash Metals Brokers), especially thank the customer service.

The person in charge of my account, Anthony Aloisio, is a very nice guy that always answer quickly and efficiently to all my questions or needs. By experience with other brokers I do know that this issue could be very annoying, with Anthony no problem at all.

Perhaps not the cheapest commissions, but there are no hidden costs and for me is basic the customer service, and with Zaner is great.

Just want to point out that firms like Mirus Futures are not full clearing firms (they are more like IBs that clear through other firms). Advantage Futures, on the other hand, is a full-clearing broker (i.e. there is no go between) that provides all the front-end and back-end support.

4 posts today and every one of them promoting Advantage, do you work for them or something?
