yes that is correct but are the specified tick moves done correctly?

Like in the ZN example, the 32 tick, is that really 132'240 to 133'240 or is it 64 ticks.
would it be 32 * 15.625 or
would it be 64 * 15.625?

You can also have a look at the specifications of the contract.
For instance, for gold at CME: Gold
It indicates the tick size.

This is the only legitimate source that I would consider.

Yeah.

1. Let's see if we can understand the specifications for Gold...

"Price Quotation = U.S. Dollars and Cents per troy ounce" means that an increase of 1.0 of GC price is an increase of $1 of the price of troy ounce
Since, "Minimum Fluctuation = $0.10 per troy ounce", we can conclude that a tick is an increment of 0.1 in GC price
1 tick = 0.1 of GC point

What is its value?
1 tick = $0.10 per troy ounce
A full contract = 100 troy ounces
So 1 tick = $10

2. For ZN... ( specifications)

The tick is directly given by the specifications: "One-half of one thirty-second (1/32) of one point".
1 tick = 0.5 * 1/32 of ZN point

What is its value in $?
Directly given by the specifications: 1 tick = $15.625
