Just spent an hour reading through an old thread at a different trading forum. I had to read it since the topic i as researching was not covered here.

The whole experience left me needing a shower after reading all of the negative nasty comments posted there. While I was able to extract the information I wanted to, I had to endure pages and pages of nasty comments directed at helpful posters. You can tell the helpful posters, since they are the ones with about 30 posts and while the less constructive ones have 1000s..... (note it only takes about 30 posts to decide you have had enough).

So I just had to come post an ENORMOUS thank you to Mike and OTHER POSTER here that foster such a pleasant community.

Your exactly right, I noticed that early on myself and is one of the reasons that this is such a great place. Big Mike has done a great job of nipping problems in the bud (along with some of the others). The real difference here is like you say that nasty personal attacks and spam type post are few and far between.

Really, this has become my favorite forum.. I haven't expected such great replies to my questions and so fast too!

This forum is very different in that it is well-moderated, it is full of helpful people and the whole atmosphere is friendly and non-hostile. Thank you Big Mike and everyone for creating such a great forum. Will definitely stay here for a long time.

I can't agree more.
I have ditto same feeling about futures.io (formerly BMT). The quality of this forum sets it apart from all others.
