WK,

Just found your threads and have read most of them and I am impressed. I trade mainly CL and have been battling this monster for a while with my oil trading group with mixed results but we are getting better as some days are great other so so but we are on the uptrend. I have also spent a lot of time working on charts and stratagies and have changed them a number of times looking for the right set up. Right now have mainly settled on s/r line breakouts and HOD/LOD and swing hi/lo breakouts as well based mainly off the 5 minute chart but using the 1 minutes and 15 min and 1 hour trend for trend and direction and entry and exits and to see the s/r lines. I see your approch seems to be working very well for you so 1- which is the correct thread to find you on talking about oil. 2- Are your studies geared to each product specifically- CL, Currency/FX or Indices TF or are you using the same set up for everything you trade. From looking at your charts they change at times so that has me a little confused and 3- I trade on TOS and Infinity and while others in my group trade with Ninja so I want to try to match up with your charts on TOS as best I can and check your system out. Do you have any idea what the Danials specific ma's are close to and if i cannot figure those out what do you feel are the most important ones and will your system work without getting killed.

Also from what I read you do not seem to be happy with the reponse your info is giving and you want to stop. Please do not stop your info is very informative and your success really help everyone trading to see that if you put in the time and work at your plan and then use the discipline that is need in the day trading business you can be successful, so keep it up for all of us no matter how limited you think your thread getting responces. Remember most of the people looking at your page do not write or say anything but they are interested. You are doing a great job and I look forward to more of the info you have to give. If you are interested in communicating send me an e-mail, would love to talk trading and I am sure my trading partners would love to trade stratagies and would appreciate your trade calls for your winning trades with you.

Thanks for all your info

Hguru

I will respond to the private messages ASAP. Thanks for the inquires.
This chart is the 1 hour chart to help you see one aspect of my trading. The more of it you understand the more quickly you will see just how powerful it is and especially when adding the multiple charts for confirmation. Hope this sheds light on the former darkness.
Good Trading all.
The chart is on the 6E-EURO.

I know that you (and not just you alone), from past experience, can't say that trading is easy and usually profitable. Yet, that is just what most people would like it to be, without putting in the time to make it so.
Now, you have certainly put in some time: "HI there, I've been learning independently for 18 months now..."--(PM)
My first thought from this earlier quote is "Why would anyone who has been learning to trade for 18 months think a profitable trading system wouldn't likely be complex at first sight." Why say that. Instead why not delve into all that I have posted in the last few months, if you like what you see. Then decide if this, or a portion of this system, is the direction you choose to go to become a successful trader for life. What a concept. For life.
And remember, this is free. Once you have put the time in and still have a question or two, I will be there to help.

Oh, and by the way, you might consider becoming an Elite member; giving Thanks (hitting the bottom button beneath a post when you are grateful for it); and with considerable thought, adding some posts that might benefit someone within this body of traders.

Now, as for being your teacher PM-" Having discovered this thread, I immediately saw the value in this thread.
I would be so grateful if u accepted me as a student...as a teacher, should you decide to teach me?", I have mentioned here that I am teaching some friends and family and do not choose to take on any other students or beginning traders in the foreseeable future. That being said, I have said I would follow up with questions here, just as I have, whenever possible. This format allows me to do so without taking up much of my private time with my family.
If you choose to use my current system as I have described it, you will need to open a demo account with Danials Trading. Otherwise, you will just be taking parts of a successful system.
As always, I wish you and the others who have sent me a private message:
Good Trading.

The 6A is becoming a bigger favorite of mine to trade and there is good reason for it.
This post shows how well multiple time charts work.
Check out the three long trades and exits. Note how perfect the 30 min chart works off the Green MA. Also, look at the last exit on the 30 min chart at the red BB and see the second or third divergence on each indicator. Expect a sharp pull back larger than the others and it did just that down near the lower BB.
30, 12, 6 min charts and 6 tick (r) chart are shown here and you can see from my charts why I like the trades off the Green MAs.
Try this with your trading.
Good trading.
WK

HI, thanks for reply. Not sure i follow what you mean about my quote of "may seem complex"
i think may systems look complex at first sight. As we assimilate and accomodate approaches and different paradigms, each new one becomes easier to perceive.

"Why say that", well because it seemd you did not understand why more had not replied to the good info you have posted. I thought it may be because it seemed too complex for those who jhad viewed it. It was merely a thought.

I have done likes and i have also posted a chart analysis. More to come !

I have begun to delve into your posts. I will do so more, especially now i know you are around to answer any questions of merit.
Once a gain thanks for taking time to get back

Multiple charts continue to work very well. I have only recently added the 800 tick chart to the 6A and it has been working very well. I ran across it here on the forum and thought it might be worth looking into it. Note how accurately the long trade was pinpointed just prior to 5AM on each chart. The entry was established before the trade hit the mark or price point. Long at 102.60 or 102.61. The low was 102.59. See for yourself.
Hope this helps in your Currency Futures' Trading.

OH, by the way, if you haven't noticed, you can use this exact same entry on trading FX: AUD/USD long at the same time. That long trade on FX was worth up to $750 for a single standard Lot. But maybe all you FX traders are doing better than that and can't use any suggestions. In that case, never you mind. I know, there is always more than one way to skin a cat. Just be sure it's not you taking the pain, as you don't have nine lives or nine reloads of your account. Most traders only have one to three. Then some borrow or trade a family members' money.....not a good plan.
Good Trading.

Hi WK, just found this thread (and some of your others). I've been watching the 6E lately and I really like it. I've never watched the 6A. Just wondering if you've looked at both and your thoughts?

Thanks,
-WRT
