ich habe, bis zum Crash von Mirus und RCG, den Ninja Trader als Tradingsoftware benutzt. Nach diversen anderen Tools würde ich gerne wieder den Ninja Trader nutzen was aber leider nicht so einfach möglich ist, wenn man nicht gerade NT als Broker nutzen möchte.
Meine Frage:
Wer möchte seine NT7 Lizenz verkaufen, oder kennt jemanden, oder weiß wo es soetwas geben könnte.
Netzrecherche war bislang nicht erfolgreich.
Mein Broker ist WHS Self Invest (mit dem ich im Übrigen sehr zufrieden bin) ... und ja, ich kenne NanoStation. Find ich aber für meine Zwecke einfach zu überladen und zu unübersichtlich.

laut WHS Support ist es möglich Lizenzen zu verkaufen. Auf Nachfrage beim Ninja Support habe ich nichts gegenteiliges gehört. Es steht auch nicht in deren Bestimmungen was den Verkauf einer Lizenz angeht. Einzig die Weitergabe der Lizenz bei gleichzeitiger Weiternutzung ist verboten.
In den Terms of Use von NinjaTrader steht eindeutig, dass die Lizenzen nicht übertragbar sind.
Terms of Service Agreement:
Lifetime Licenses. If User purchases a lifetime license to use the Software/Service, User agrees that without limitation certain features of the software may not be available or supported in perpetuity. User also agrees that Company shall have the right to change features associated with the Software/Service in Company’s sole discretion, and that Company may choose to discontinue support of Software/Service at any time. User shall not be entitled to a refund of the lifetime license fee under any circumstances. Lifetime licenses are for non-concurrent use, they are non-transferable, and can only be used by the individual that purchased the license. Lifetime licenses cannot be sold or bartered in the future and if such actions are taken the license can be terminated at Company’s sole discretion. The lifetime license fee does not include the cost of any TT transaction fees if applicable when a static SuperDOM is requested.
Dein Versuch hier eine Lizenz zu erwerben steht im klaren Widerspruch zu den Terms of Serivce.
