I have read a thread about this issue, but to me the problem is a little more complicated.
As @Big Mike suggested, I use Dimension4 to syncronize my pc time. But the time provided by IB workstation is always about 1 or 2 seconds late than the syncronized time in my pc.
Now I'm not trading by NT, but I plan to buy a liscence. Anyone have the similar problem? Can I surpass this issue by using Kinnect data instead of IB data?
Thank you!

Not really sure what you are seeing that you do not like BUT the new bar will not draw until there is a tick present in that time unit...so often it may seem like a bar is late when it really is not.
I follow the same suggestion from Mike and my pc is in sync.
Thank you wldman. The problem for me is that because of the 1 second delay in IB workstation time compared to my pc time (still exist after sync), the chart shown in Ninjatrader will not be the same as it in IB. Especially when the market moves fast, the bars would be very different as the last price take place in 5min bar would be counted into the beginning of next 5min bar.....
you have a data issue. IB is filtered data and it is inferior. If the timing and bar transitions are important to you I'd use a reliable unfiltered data feed.
I recently had an issue with Interactive Brokers. I was running Ninja Charts with IB Data. At the same time I had a ThinkorSwim chart up on another computer. I had both charts on the SPY but the bars were different. For example, where there was a down bear bar on ThinkorSwim there would be a bull bar on the Ninja chart. I then resynched my computer and reloaded the Ninja chart. After that, both charts showed the same bars. I am now going to resynch my computer before every session. But, I don't understand why I don't need to do this with ThinkorSwim and it always works correctly.
