hi dear programmers, i want a standard pivot indicator that has start and end time inputs for which pivots to be calculated..so that it can calculate pivots from x date y time to z date p time.. it vl be a very help ful tool for me ..i vl share my system once u give me the indicator..pls mail me tulasi9ram gmail.com

You could eventually use the SessionPivots Rolling inddicator. What time periods would you require?

Sorry, did not realize that you use MetaTrader, do not use that platform.

tulasi go to this link: and then go to post number #4.

This is a MT4 volume profile. You can slide the red and the blue lines to get the time period you need.

Then you will see a green profile on this right side of the chart. The Highest points (High nodes) and the lowest part of the charts (Low Nodes) make excellent pivots(except they are not called that, they're called Nodes.)A lot of people like them better than pivots. Some don't. Either way, draw a horizontal line from the High and Low points. You'll see many times the candles reject the Low(lowest) horizontal lines drawn from this green profile's lows.
