Ask them what their all-in price is. Then double check your statement, because some brokers have a reputation for telling you one thing, then charging you something completely different (have personally experienced this, and witnessed it more than once with a particularly well known broker).

As for brokers not advertising their rates -- personally, that is a turn off for me and I don't use such brokers. But I can also understand their reasons for doing so, users place way, way too much emphasis on commission cost, and basically no emphasis on longevity, strength, capability, performance, technology, reporting, knowledge, and etc etc behind the broker. So some brokers don't advertise rates because they will lose business because users will choose a different broker to save $5 a month.

Mike

Let say your trade average 4tick profit. Should 1tick be your trading cost?

I really wonder why they said that...we have hooked up Rithmic without any issue so far.
PLEASE reach out to me tomorrow so one of my tech guys can take a look at it.

Hi,
Like to ask for some advice.
I see a lot of broker offering Ninja out there and I personally dont like Ninja since V6.5 till present version.
I like Multichart but I have connection issue with zen and spent few hours today with Multichart Support and Mirus trying to solve the problem and still its not fixed.
I am worried that choices are limited for beginner and you have to spend more if you want other alternative than Ninja/zen/rithmic combo.
I find it hard to find a good fit for broker with platform and data feed that is ideal for me.

This issue is machine particular.
It does not affect all Rithmic/Zenfire users running MultiCharts.
We are working on this issue together with Rithmic API Support and doing our best to resolve it as soon as possible.

Zenfire API is in development. Once it is out-it will be supported by MultiCharts.
At the moment MultiCharts is using Rithmic API to maintain Ritmic and Zenfire connections.

Rithmic works. That is all I care.

He has issues with Zen, not Rithmic.
You know these things get SEOed really fast on Google...might give the wrong impression.
Please revise.

Speaking of perhaps getting the wrong impression, don't you care about a) Zen-Fire, b) MultiCharts, c) the MultiCharts - Rithmic connection, or d) anything that isn't Rithmic?
