SESSION TEMPLATE

MY ZN CHART AND CONTROL CENTER ON NT ARE NOT UPDATING BUT I KNOW THE MARKET IS OPEN?????
WHAT IS THE PROPER SESSION TEMPLATE THAT SHOULD BE SET?

Are you properly connected to your datafeed, and do you have the correct contract on your chart (ZN for December) ?

If so, try a 24/7 Session Template.

yes zn 12-12
and the ES is working great so connection is fine.
zenfire/mirus is not connecting me to the ZN market

That must be an issue with Mirus, I'm also connected through Zen-Fire via TopstepTrader and I get all the data.

NT and my server are correct.

allegedly, zenfire and mirus tell me that the exchange did some unscheduled updates and that was the reason for a 2 hour delay for the interest markets.

other traders who use zenfire claimed they were getting the data so i dont know what i am believing.

This has happened a few times in the past couple of months with Mirus where the market is open ans data is no updating. (Had the same issue with a few symbols - ZB, 6E) It is useless trying to speak with someone on their Sun desk as it is always your fault, not theirs. You either need to get a new feed, a new broker, or wait a few hours until it corrects. I know, not the answers you want to hear, but until they get their shit together on the Sun open, you have little choice.

I hope you weren't in a position when this was happening.
