I am looking for an Indicator which calculate the move of an indidicator lets say the tsi for example in one bar compare to the movement of the indicator for a given number of bars. Somtimes i see the indicator jumping from 0 to 100 in only a couple of candles and sometimes it take a hole lot of candel to move the same way. The Indicator should work with any Bartype and any indicator. I am happy for any ideas because i am not able to code!
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
Hey guys, I thought many of you would enjoy and benefit from this thread. My intention is to have each poster reply and describe in as much detail as possible an indicator they want created for NinjaTrader.
@fossil: This is not the correct forum to post this question. The answer will be different depending on the software you use.
Assuming that you use NinjaTrader, the solution is pretty easy. NinjaTrader allows to apply indicators to indicators. For example, if you wish to compare the TSI(3,14) of the current bar with the TSI(3,14) 7 bars ago, all you need to do is to apply a Momentum(7) to the TSI(3,14).
