Hello,
I am trying to develop a strategy that will make a use of the RSI borders (the 70 and 30 values of the RSI)
And for that i need to calculate how many ticks will take me to these borders.
For example RSI is now 35.12 and each tick is 0.25, how many ticks will it take to the 35.12 to pass the 70 or the 30 border.
Is it possible to get some kind of measurement for this?
Is there any formula to get this number of ticks?
Thank you very much!

The answer will be different if it has to happen in Bar + 1, Bar + 2 or Bar +3 ... etc
as the average is being calculated on the bars

As the RSI is being built using :

RSI = 100 - 100/(1 + RS*)
*Where RS = Average of x days' up closes / Average of x days' down closes.
