I have replaced the previous encoding of the webinar with a new encode. I was unhappy with the quality (artifacts) of the previous video encode, due to the weird error that happened at the beginning of the video and forced me to use different methods to encode it.
Anyway, after many days and about 20 encodes later, I think I've got a better version now. The video quality is much improved, while still not as good as normal it is at least better than it was.
