click on log then click on category it will tell...
click on log then click on category it will tell you how many disconnect/reconnect I have none so far.

download their platform CQG Trader...
download their platform CQG Trader (http://cqg.com/Support/Getting-Started/CQGT.aspx) it use the same cqg id and password.
