that makes it a complete auction. an incomplete auction, according to bens definition, has a 127 X 1100 or whatever the numbers may be at the top tick.

Can you explain why this makes it a short? I was thinking that if you have a gap up open above bracket hi then first hypothesis should be look to go long. I am new though so not sure.
