Patternz and Ninja...?
do not use Ninja so cannot answer this question. Usually, it is easy to save data as an ASCII file which can be accessed by Patternz.
However, I do not think Patternz is designed to trade any one...

It was difficult to use in Windows Vista. (I now have windows8). I had an XP install on that laptop and I could use it only in XP mode.
