RJ Obrien
As far as RJ Obrien they have similar margins to IB but have very hefty commissions.
In live chat I was quoted at $7.00 R/T for CL, 6E.
Dont quote me on that as being gospel... do your own...

I did infact notice that TD TOS does not offer futures.
Looks like IB is the logical choice.
