It means someone sold or bought above or belove the market price. But it's not actually above or below the market because it's can't be done. Each sell or buy order have to be on market price, so...

It's most likely programs pump the bid after it...
It's most likely programs pump the bid after it ticked up. One reason is to support the price or other reason is just for it to look strong to attract more buyers.

I don't think you should see any selling activity because It's looks like the buyers just pulled out their bids and let the price go back down. If that is the case, you don't need a lot of selling...
