I have many shares of SSO, hedged with weekly calls. So while the market can turn up at anytime and turn up the Stochastics; for now the Stochastics are pointed down.

I always watch the futures (ES) because the tail wags the dog.

oversold reflex rally? XLF is still in a down trend.

I am looking for the trend to turn up via the weekly stoch and SPY to form a "W" bottom with a HL and buy on the break of the pivot.

XLF has been holding and bouncing off the 200MA. Chicken and Egg market phenomenon? Which came first? Today's XLF bounce off the 200 or the market rally?

I was listening to Phil Grande of Phil's Gang. Big Deal? Well, Da, Phil has a good track record. If XLF breaks it's 200 MA, he is looking at 1250 SPX as the next major support. FYI.

I don't know why the 200MAs don't match up, Maybe I can't download enough data into the chart. But here is the rest of the story with XLF:

I connected to Kinetick for data. Here is the rest of the story for SPY. See the arrows.
