It's an AMD based card, using a tech they call Eyefinity. (Which means it's meant for traders who want a bunch of screens.) I was surprised to find that NVIDIA doesn't offer a similar card, but they don't. A shame, I like NVIDIA better.
It is about $230 at the time of this post. There is a big brother for another $100 or so, but unless you are gaming (you know who you are! ) this one should do the trick.
Seems to work pretty well, but the gotcha is it doesn't like old monitors. I had a heck of a time with one monitor in particular and had to resort to third party hacks to get it to display at the right resolution. [Searching for a fix included me reading this thread. No solution here, but I figured I'd share my findings regardless.] Also, AMD support is pretty useless, and Visiontek just sends you to them.
The card should work well if you have the newer Display Port interface on your monitors, which some of mine do.
Specifically, my new ones are Dell U2414H's whcih I paid a bit more for because of their supposed better quality. Meh, they don't look bad, but I'm not blown away either.
What I like about them most are their extremely thin borders, which work well in multi-monitor setups. I think you can get other cheaper models with that feature too.

I attended MetaStock seminar held at a hotel nearby. The speaker said that their software heavily dependent on memory of graphic cards. If the software feel slow, he recommends updating graphic cards with a lot of memories. He even said investing everything else like memory and HDD, and even processor won't really help as much as upgrading graphic card.
If you have 4 or 6 high resolution monitors, you should use a graphics adapter that comes with at least 2 GByte orf RAM. This does not yet mean that you need a fast graphics processor.
NinjaTrader 7 does not make a lot of use of the graphics processor, as nearly all chart calculations are performed by the main CPU. This may change with NinjaTrader 8, which will possibly use DirectX to perform calculations.
In any case trading applications are no video games, therefore the speed of the GPU is less important than the video RAM. I use a relatively slow passive graphics adapter with 2 GByte memory and it does just fine.

Thank you for a great tips FAT TAIL. I have 4 monitors with two graphic card each with 1GB. I am going to take your advice and upgrade them to 4GB.
I have so much indicators that I have purchased over my trading career. I have been trading since 1998. It will probably smarter to upgrade to 4GB instead of 2GB and then when Ninja 8 rolls out upgrade again to 4GB.
By the way, Ninja 8 will take at least couple more years to settle if it rolls out in a same fashion as Ninja 7 did. Most indicators did not work and many bugs.
