Honestly I'd rather see a sim chart with executions than a marked up chart with no executions. Are chart markers even sim traders to begin with, let alone cash?

yesterday I demonstrated how easy it is in NT to click the executions tab, obscure part of the acct number and post the trades. I added a chart for visual aide but the chart does not have any notations on it or explainations as to the reasoning or thought process. VERY simple! Further there is that way through indie I believe to have every trade with chart posted to a designated thread automatically, yet NOBODY does with regularity what I exampled yesterday, WHY? Answer that ,why? and you will have the answer...again VERY simple.

Does it really matter if someone bends the truth? Who does it hurt except the poster?

It’s an anonymous internet forum. Don't tell me that someone might exaggerate their results. Next thing you’ll be telling me that there is no Laundry Fairy and that Politicians lie.

What other traders do and don’t do and what other traders claim they do and don’t do shouldn’t make a rats ass bit of difference to what you do.

We as forum members should be self regulating. If you think some one is BSing you then don’t read their journal.

If you want to impress the crowd, post in real time or as close to real time as possible.

Anyone that trades understands that manual post of real time trades is way too cumbersome to engage in while trading, especially if you make comments about the trade.

It is that easy. I did not get to post comments or show ALL background, but it took about 30 seconds to post actual live trade results with a single visual aide chart. This post gained not a single comment or question.

Many of the BS 'ers might not even be SIM trading...rather just creating a cherry picked chart...lol

Why not use the technology to put every SIM or live execution with a chart into a designated thread? For those who lack the knowledge to do that, why not post them like I did and add commentary where helpful?

I made a comment today on this thread: about the fact that it is so important too show the losers instead of the winners and whit this post I gained a place on the starters ignore list.

They now talk about tight stops but I have asked in the past about the stop loss and the answer that I got in that time was use a big stop loss 40 ticks for example and a mental stop blablabla....
So now the fashion is tight stops!

I bet if they turn on plot executions on you will see a totally different picture. If you are trying to pick tops and bottoms you will get allot of stop outs.

Rule number one for keeping a journal would be:
Plot executions ON otherwise thread closed!

be real on this guys. As simple as it is to utilize the methods suggested there are only two reasons that it does not occur...well three.

1) the poster does not care about a measurable protocol that gives value and credibility to the site and community.

2) the poster is not an early adopter of technology or lacks the ability or desire to contribute tarde information governed by a beneficial protocol.

3) the poster is full of shit and the trades real or SIM are fabricated to soothe some insecurity or need for the poster.

Can I get an award...like a box of chocolate...for discussion ender on this, please?

I have made an example too on my ´´stopped journal´´ because no body is interested in traders that are struggling or posting real trades with proof of executions. I made one post for those that are only interested in entertainment, by this I mean just showing the winners and one post with all the trades and the benefit of analyzing the losers.

but I for one simpley do not want my view clogged up with unnecessary visual distractions. Cant the tabular form, i.e. the executions list serve that puropse? It does not cloud the view and it provides to the second and tick exact trade detail.

Further, if I wanted to share with you my rational, method rules or discretion, isn't that well served by starting with a blank chart and progressing through a hierarchical series or a confluence of visual ques?
