No, it's probably not very competitive of them. However, I'm sure if you proved to them you knew what you were doing, they'd offer you the $500. In some rare cases they even offer $250. But shh, you didn't hear that from me.

The 6E is a beast though and when it moves. It hauls.

If you are a profitable trader, meaning long-term profitable then leverage is your friend.

If you are losing money, leverage is the enemy. You need to calculate everything based on margin like your commission on the ES maybe is $5 rt so that is 1% of margin if margin is $500. if you make 10 trades a week you need to net 10% just to break even.

Lower and lower margin is not a smart move if you do not have a rock solid system. It is a sure sign of a problem in fact when people always look for the most leverage they can find. On the other hand finding the lowest commissions possible is a smart move.

In the DoubleMAPaint there is a "SoundOn" feature with "long.wav" and "short.wav". I couldn't find these files on my computer. How do I do so? How do I audition these sounds or swap them for another?
