Help with ADXVMA Optimization

I've spent several hours on this and can't quite get it to do what I want. I'm having difficulty determining how the neutral bars are defined so I can wait until they stop to draw arrows. Would someone please add the following filters to the attached indicator or point me to something similar where I can plagerize:

1. Arrows only occur after neutral color bars end.
2. Arrows only occur after at least 4 neutral color bars have occurred.

Basically, get rid of the white circled arrows in the example. Applies only to ConservativeMode true as neutral color bars don't occur when ConservativeMode is false.

I don't program in NinjaTrader or even have it installed anymore, but I'll try to help - this is all from memory, so it may be very wrong.

1. You need to do a test for a neutral bar. Something like

// only draw arrow if prior bar was a neutral bar

if (Neutral[1] == Main[1] and Neutral[0] != Main[0])
{
  if (Rising(Main)) DrawUpArrow();
  if (Falling(Main)) DrawDnArrow();
}
