This year approximately 74% of all households gave out Halloween candy. But next year President Obama wants that to be just the top 1 % of Americans.

This year approximately 74% of all households gave out Halloween candy. But next year President Obama wants that to be just the top 1 % of Americans.

It is clear to see that the 1% wants it all. If they get it, they won't be handing it out. Trickle down has never worked out as advertised.
