Disastrous forex issue

NT does not correctly calculate pnl for forex for me with cross currency pairs (non USD). I have tried to test forex sim in live and market replay modes, and found it only working in market replay if I had immediately downloaded a new bit of market replay data.

Resetting the instruments does not work. I have tried uninstalls, reinstalls, db repairs, even getting rid of my entire NT7 folder and replacing with just a few pieces of fresh market replay data. How can I fix this?

It appears others have had this issue, and it has something to do with displaying PNL in converted USD.

PnL in NinjaTrader Account Performance is only in USD as opposed to individual trades where you can switch the currency.
If you don't like it raise it with NT as a needed feature but anyway I wouldn't call it disastrous - more like frustrating inconvenience

Yes, unless something has changed. Issue being the pip value is determined by the instrument settings and there is no provision to update this figure in real time based upon the broker feed. When I traded currencies with NT I had the P&L set to display ticks in NT, which I preferred anyway, and then manually entered the current pip value in my spreadsheet for $ P&L calculations.

Here are screenshots.

Please tell me if I am dead wrong.

I calculate a $40 profit, but it says $64.78.
