I have seen this problem before, but have no idea what causes it. I think I scared it away on another project (some work around I simply don't remember).

The problem I am having is in a MTF strategy (may happen in a single timeframe but not tested). The issue is the sequence in which the OnBarUpdate() seems to fire. Hummm... Think I figured it out....

The issue was with my "GHPGenericPlot()" indicator. I used this to create dynamic plots on my strategies so I am only pushing data to an exposed method. Come to find out, NT7 might not Fire the Init() and OnBarUpdate() functions until the Plot value is requested. I seem to have fixed this by accessing PLOT[0] of this indicator from the strategy.

I have attached the CS file for those interested. If there is a better way to force this indicator to Init please let me know.
