I'm having problems with the Reversal Bar indicator working on my NT platform. I've asked for help from NinjaTrader support and they'd like me to send them the zip file to help me troubleshoot. Stupid question: Am I permitted to send them this zip file to help me troubleshoot this problem. I don't want to break the rules of the forum.

Thanks,
jwhtraes

Have you tried finding support on futures.io (formerly BMT) or from the author?

This is a @Big Mike question. I believe the answer is no.

It would be absurd if this isn't allowed for troubleshooting purposes with a well-established company. Given that NinjaTrader deals with much more sensitive data than just an indicator, I doubt there are concerns about their trustfulness.

Btw, NinjaTrader has a futures.io (formerly BMT) account as well so technically they are a futures.io (formerly BMT) member as well.

There is no issue with sending it to NinjaTrader.

Mike
