Hi there Tradestation users do you typically dump any outputs to excel continuously. If so are these from your charts mainly or from radar screen also.

Did you find any good 3rd party API or Analysis tool which integrated well with Tradestation to Excel...where analysis/custom analysis can be done in excel. I am not a programmer so though there are some excel functionality especially in 9.1 there are glitches. Hence checking if you did find anything good externally which interfaced especially with radar screen.

cheers n thnx

guys off roading though this was a TS to Excel question. TS can probably do anything which a retail platform can do and more. So it may need custom development. Anyways if anyone has some suggestions from an TS market data to excel dump perspective would love to hear.

during my search i think i got what i may look at for long term though it does not support TS. But have a TD which may work or thinking of an IB which should work for sure + it seems that free data to some extent supported. So between what i come up with TS and what xlq has to offer seems my needs will be met as both will need work and fine tuning.

Google up XLQ and you will know what am talking about.

cheers
