Anyone here have the issue with TWS charts not conforming to the normal time intervals?

For example, on a 4hour chart, the bars are at the following times:

14:15
16:00
20:00
00:00
04:00
08:00
12:00

Is there a way to fix this so it's actually 4hour bars?

Not sure because TWS uses it's own clock from which the candles are updated. The TWS clock runs separate from the PC system clock. I also use NinjaTrader which uses the PC system clock. I have to make sure the system clock is set to TWS's clock so my 1, 5 and 15 minute candles update at about the same time (plus or minus a second or two.)

My candles update exactly at the top of the interval. How are your hardware specs on your PC. Sometimes the TWS software starts hanging on me and I need to restart it when it uses over 1.2 gb of RAM.
