I originally posted this in Gomi's thread but it seems that is getting less traffic . Posting here on hopes of getting this figured out.
"have a few questions i cant seem to find the answer. I am currently trying to set up a work computer ( not a commercial trading work computer ) and the user name is blahblah\blah is this effecting my environment setup?
Number two, what data am i supposed to be storing in there, I understand going to historic data manager, but what am i supposed to download/export for the CD chart and is this is daily download. From what i keep reading and watching after making the GOMFOLDER everything goes there well unless i am missing the step on how to set this up then are we downloading data everyday? Ive also read about leaving the computer on for x amount of time or you will have the lines in your chart.
If someone could help clear a few of these items up i would really appreciate it, keep running in circles.
Has anything change since say 2011, it seems like some of this information is a little dated ( no disrespect)
