Different FCMs have different policies about Canada. Some do not take Canada all, and some accept only certain provinces. I think that is whay causes confusion(?). We have customers from Quebec we already service, so if necessary I can PM you the available FCMs.

I’ve got a TS Canada account, you can apply through TD bank. Good program but they don’t do futures for Canadian accounts (which is a negative for me) but I do/have used it for equity trading
Yes we've heard from other Canadian clients that you cannot trade Futures with their Trade Station accounts unfortunately. If you are looking for a solution to trade futures we do house all Canadian clients in all Provinces and territories of Canada
