I am using motivewave because I have a mac. Actually a brand new iMac. Today while trading I experienced a problem that is very concerning. At about 3:30 all of a sudden I was not able to see the bid/ask histogram, market by order data or totals for ES and MES on the DOM. It works fine for NQ and MNQ. Also the charts take a long time to load and the refresh bar pops up alot.

I have AMP clearing, Rithmic Data and my IB is Optimus Futures. Like I said, I'm running a brand new iMac with an 8-core i7 and 32 GB ram. What's the issue here? Everything was fine with the 14 day trial account. I just paid for the monthly subscription and now things are running very slowly.

Does anybody have any suggestions? I could increase the RAM but it says it's using 8GB. That, I would assume, should be enough.

Their help dept just wrote me back and here’s what they said

There was an issue with Rithmic today (a message needed to rebuild the DOM wasn't being delivered), as far as I'm aware it only affected MES though.

We have contacted Rithmic so hopefully this can be fixed soon.

Yes, there was an issue from Rithmic recently.
