This is possible, but not easy. There are two options to achieve this
(1) Code an indicator that - applied to a daily chart - calls intraday data and calculates volume for the 7 hours of the regular session.
(2) Set up a multi-series chart, display daily data and calculate the indicator from intraday data.
In both cases you need to use a custom plot to get bars that plot on top of each other. So your indicator is extremely difficult to code and I do not even understand what to do with it.
For example on Thursday and Friday, pre-market volume is more important than RTH volume, and it would not show up on that complicated indicator.
