Sorry for the 2fer, but new to SC and although i’ve taken the curve pretty well so far (just lots of screen time) i still can’t get it to cooperate in terms of data. I’m getting large gaps in intraday charts.
I’ve essentially bushwhacked my own work around by starting with a historical chart, hitting continuous contract, duplicating, choosing intraday, and then choosing 200 days to load. This has seemingly fixed the problem for NQ. But not ES.
I’m using Rithmic as a data feed/broker as well as Denali as a redundancy. It’s obviously defaulting to the ticker for Rithmic. But again it’s still not working correctly.
Any help would be appreciated. I’ll be back with SS’s momentarily but for instance ESZ is missing an entire weekly profile in TPO around the time of contract roll.

Even if it does not directly solve the problem, you are not alone in this.
I have the same problem with the combination Sierra Chart and Rithmic since the update 2310 and the introduction of Rithmic Direct -DTC.
I have already booked the Danali data feed and carried out the instructions given several times, but without success.
It seems to me that there are still "slight" problems on the part of Sierra with the interface.
My temporary solution is to use the provided version of Ninja for the Leeloo (Rithmic) account. Unfortunately, Ninja only has the order flow indicators available under the lifetime license, which I am not willing to buy.
That is why I also have my private account open via COQ in Sierra to see the chart with the VWAP.
It's not very innovative but it works until the problem is solved.
I hope you can do something with it

Thank you @ i’m replying to you as the link for at least my positions is not currently working..
But, i’ve essentially at least temporarily gotten a work around.
First off my internal clock on my laptop was off, but only by about .5-1 second, but i think it was compounding the issue.
I’ve narrowed it down specifically to this last contract roll. Depending on the settings it wants to plot either a massive gap with about a week missing or on my tick charts 5% 233 tick bars.
What i did for the work around on the intraday charts is start with opening and downloading a historical chart (daily) AFTER i clicked the “use custom symbol settings” check box to off in global symbol settings.
I would then go to continuous contract and choose by date rule rollover, back adjusted.
Then i’d open an intraday chart from the “file” tab. Click all my personal settings over including the same continuous contract choice and then open the chart. It normally would be missing about two weeks. Then i’d right click right where the beginning of where that gap started (from left to right) and literally load in almost a day or two at a time via right clicking, hitting either delete and download or the edit/download data button. This loaded in incremental pieces of the chart until it was completed. The “edit/download data” function seemed to load larger bits than the former.
For whatever reason from about 09/10 to 10/06 doesn’t want to load. And when i did the download in tiny increments like that it came through. This is relatively annoying too because isn’t the Denali feed supposed to be a redundancy for this?
What you have written has inspired me and I have changed the symbol setting which has now helped to load the data correctly.
Apparently this has to be changed to this service in order to use the Danali feed.
I hope that it also solves your problem.
Thank you very much!
