Does anybody know of or use a prop firm or funding firm whatever you would like to call it? The only one I have heard of is APEX and I don't particularly like their trailing threshold deal. Any suggestions? I have looked into quite a few they're the only one that doesn't just have massive amounts of horrid reviews.
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
I really don't believe that all the online "funded trader" sites are true prop trading firms. Getting into a real prop firm is like getting into an ivy league college. Not easy but worth it for the education, mentorship, and support systems. Getting into a "funded trader" program is just providing a credit card number.
So what I really think you (and I) are asking is are there any good "funded trader" firms?
"Prop trading" firms are nothing like "funded trading" firms.
I'd recommend the title of this thread be renamed, in fact, because the OP is asking about companies who take money from traders, with a promise to fund them if they perform. That is not a prop firm.
