I had an impossible time the last two weeks trying to set up and fund and account. I ended up filing with the BBB to get my money out as I couldn't make any connections to my algo platform.

Is this typical or is something unusual going on?

Is it better to call and wait for hours or to email a certain person. I didn't get an email response for two weeks until I filed with the BBB.

not at all typical. Any issues I've had have received multiple replies, even in the same day, and almost always within 12-14 hours of my issue.

They told me they had a problem with the call volume after an upgrade.
OK.
They lost my business for the next year.
AMP wins hands down for now in terms of customer support.
I can even call and not have someone pick up the phone and hangup.
