I think it's enough, the latency is more important. Take a look here .

Take your Pips, go out and Live.

If it's 2.6 Mbps, that is plenty of bandwidth for trading unless you're doing something highly unusual.

Speed is more of a latency concern. Really depends on your physical location. Running different types of ping tests can give you clues. If it's a cable connection, looking at the diagnostic menu of your digital box will reveal the quality of your connection. You would see pixelation on your tv before you'd notice poor performance on your pc.

Anyone in the last 2 days have problems to load historical Zenfire data in Ninjatrader? I´m away from home and use a portable internet with 3 mbps. I don´t know if this is the problem for load data.

Thank you all

Speedtest.net is good for checking bandwidth. Bandwidth is important for a lot of things, but not really trading.

Pingtest.net is good for checking latency. Latency is far more important than bandwidth in trading.

very nice... how about some tests to your TT Gateway @ CROSSLAND, that would be an interesting one to see what latency exists over that fiber network as it exits off your vendor ... better yet, get VisualRoute and map it out, curious to see what EU is like in terms of latency within their networks before the cross the ocean...
