Does anyone know what the exact equation or rule
Would highlight a poc and shade it a different color as seen in this
Pic I attached ?

Prominent Point of Control is the name you're looking for.

The 1st one has the POC at the bottom of an Up bar, that's the 'strongest'.
You could set it to be 1 or 2 or however many ticks you want from the bottom
It's better to see it at LOD for example or whatever you use as support. I don't
like seeing them as much near HOD. It's a Reversal, so I like seeing it when price
has more room to move within existing structure.
Given that it's quite likely passive buyers played a role in forming this bar,
you might see CumDelta diverge from price very close to this bar.

Figure the opposite of all that for the 2nd one.
