Anyone have any experience with Holy Grail Algo? They allow you to test it for a few days. I had intermittent results with it. They had a forum you can join weather you had the algo or not. I was monitoring it too see purchasers results. It was varied. A few days ago, the forum was removed and now it is just a knowledge based section. No user posts. Wondering if anyone is using it.

I purchased a year's subscription and initially had some very successful trades using the bot. However, I started experiencing a significant number of failures later on.

One aspect I loved was the community forum, where users could share their success stories or failures. They provided instructions through videos on how members could create their own templates and conduct testing for verification and improvement. Additionally, they held Live Trading sessions almost every day via Zoom. The feedback forum was particularly valuable as it featured ideas from other traders, giving me some great tips.

During the first 20 days, I used the bot daily. However, after a series of significant losses, I decided to take a break for 30 days to recover. Upon returning and giving it another try, I noticed some changes. It seems that, perhaps due to members expressing their opinions about the string of losses, the forum was removed, leaving only interaction with the staff. This was a major concern for me, especially considering the substantial price tag of nearly $1,000 for the bot. When I requested a refund, they inquired about the reasons and eventually refunded a portion of my money.

Original Charge: $999
Refund Fee: $29 (Not sure what fee was for)
================================
Total Refunded: $818+ (306 days left of subscription)

Despite my concerns, I still recommend them as they are currently implementing significant updates that should be interesting. They continue to offer Live Trading sessions via Zoom, and they now provide live one-on-one scheduled onboarding for those in need of assistance (although I personally disagree with this approach as it potentially detracts from their resources). While they used to have live Zoom sessions where you could ask anything, they eventually restricted the ability to talk, possibly due to an overwhelming number of participants. However, they still allocate some time for questions at the end of the day or during specific periods.

The biggest red flag for me was when they removed dates from posts and eliminated the forum, limiting interaction only to their staff. They referred to this as being transparent, but it feels more like a closed system now. It resembles a help desk-type system where they respond to questions when they can. In my experience, they typically respond within 24-48 hours, but I personally dislike help desk systems for support.

Nevertheless, I believe they are making an effort with a group of genuinely dedicated individuals. They seem to have hired additional staff to provide support through live chat.

I did express my concern to them about removing the forum, as it forces members to resort to third-party forums to discuss their trading systems, which are beyond their control.

Why do I still recommend them? Building bots is challenging work, and having someone else do the hard work for you at a fraction of the cost of hiring someone is worthwhile. If they are investing significant time and effort into updating and upgrading, it's a valuable service. It's important to remember that losses are inevitable in trading, and no system is exempt from them. The key is to have an edge and lose less compared to manual trading.

What I dislike about the current setup is the lack of accountability due to the transition to a closed system. Now, you're left alone to trade with the bot. Although there are still live Zoom sessions available, members can no longer share their experiences for others to see how certain strategies yield great success. I find it unfavorable that the authors are the only ones posting feedback for everyone to read.

I hope this helps.
