How is the Market Profile course at BalanceTrader?
Do they offer a trade room?

I purchased the course a couple of years ago and put it aside after a few weeks as I had hoped for more specific (green/red light) setups back then.

I also attended the chat room in which he discussed market profile and setups as they were unfolding during the trading day. The room was for educational purposes and not meant as a signal service although he did share his trades. To my knowledge, he doesn't run the room anymore.

I'm very sure that Frank is a good trader, his basic approach to MP makes a lot of sense and can be very profitable.

It' all about using MP as a structure by merging profiles, nothing spectacular really, but it works. It takes lots of practice and screen time, though (in my case, a couple of years).

Just do yourself a favor and don't get lost in the traditional MP à la Dalton. Interesting but way too complex for applying it to trading.

Frank's was offered an opportunity to start a new project that takes up most of his time. His room is still open and a few of us still hang out there, but Frank's not there.

I believe his website is still available with all his videos.

In the course are there specific setups taught?
If so,
How many setups?
Are there things to look for as a trade sets up to take it or pass on it? I realize nothing is 100%.
Does Frank teach where it would be logical to place a stop? & Profit Target areas?

Thank you @ TheSeeker and @ ghoti for your posts above, it is very much appreciated.

Yes, Frank is very busy but he was able to answer my e-mail.

In his e-mail he mentioned that he has " 3 main setups, although their frequencies vary. One setup occurs most frequently. The next one occurs less frequently but is quite accurate. The last rarely occurs, but is extremely accurate."

Plus he was able to answer my other questions.

Checking out his website it looks like he is offering something that can help me in my trading, and it is not expensive.

Next week I plan on trying out his course.

Would be interesting to see his course...

Is he still around? I could not find anything other than one random video and some scattered posts.
